Treverbyn Community Hall was turned into a Cabaret Night, when David hosted a supper and song evening.

After a two course meal guest enjoyed entertainment from David's partner Rachel Best.

Rachel performed a selection of hits from the 1950's, 60's & 70's. Several took to the dancefloor to show their moves.

The evening raised £470 to be shared between the Christmas Day Dinner and St Peter's Church Treverbyn.

This night was no different when David had been asked to assist with organising and to call the Bingo for St Peter's Church In Treverbyn.

The hall was packed out for 10 games of Bingo there were wonderful refreshments, and a really successful night was had when £859 was raised for St Peter's Church in Treverbyn.
Free Community Lunch
Free Community Lunch 4th March 2023
We were delighted to support David and St Joseph's Mission with the free community meal at Bugle.

This was the last event before the closing of the Sunday School for refurbishment.

Recognising in these difficult times it is getting harder to make the household budget stretch it was felt this was an important service for the community we serve.

Christmas Day Dinner 2022
Every year David organises a free Christmas Day Dinner.
Christmas Day conjures up images of cosy family time around the fire. A time of laughter around the dinner table.
For many, who find themselves on their own, it can be a difficult time, a very long day, usual activities have stopped for the Christmas break and friends will be tied up with their own families.
Every year David organises a Christmas Day Dinner, for those who would be on their own. They arrive and have a traditional Christmas Day dinner, then have visit from Father Christmas, before enjoying some entertainment and being sent home with a packed tea. For the last three years meals have been delivered to those who are houseboaund. In 2022 87 meals were cooked.
